Cancellation Policy: On-Demand Food Delivery and Fresh Products

At TnShop, we understand that plans may change, and sometimes you might need to cancel your order. We have formulated a cancellation policy to ensure a smooth process for our customers. Please carefully read the following guidelines regarding cancellations for on-demand food delivery and fresh products:

1. Cancellation of On-Demand Food Orders:
- On-demand food orders can be canceled before they are dispatched for delivery.
- If you wish to cancel an on-demand food order, please contact our customer support team at care@tnshop.in.
- Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled, and you will be charged for the order.

2. Cancellation of Fresh Product Orders:
- Fresh product orders can be canceled before the order processing begins.
- To cancel a fresh product order, get in touch with our customer support team at care@tnshop.in
- If the order processing has already started, the cancellation request will not be accepted, and you will receive the delivery as scheduled.

3. Cancellation of Other Product Orders:
- For other products, you can request a cancellation within 24x7 of order placement.
- To cancel an order for other products, please contact our customer support team at care@tnshop.in.
- If the order has already been processed or shipped, the cancellation request will not be accepted, and you will need to follow our standard return policy for eligible items.

4. Refund Policy for Canceled Orders:
- If you cancel an on-demand food or fresh product order before the dispatch or processing, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- For other products, if the cancellation is approved within the specified timeframe, a full refund will be processed for eligible items.
- Refunds may take 7 working days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment gateway.

5. Partial Cancellations:
- For orders containing multiple items, you may request to cancel specific items while keeping the rest of the order intact.
- If approved, the refund for the canceled items will be processed as per our refund policy.

6. Failed Deliveries and Cancellations:
- In the rare event of a failed delivery due to reasons beyond our control, such as incorrect address or customer unavailability, you will be eligible for a refund as per our refund policy, but the order cannot be reinstated for delivery.

7. Canceling Subscription Orders:
- If you have a subscription-based order, you can cancel future deliveries at any time before the next billing cycle.
- Canceling a subscription will not affect the deliveries already scheduled or processed.

8. Changes to the Cancellation Policy:
- TnShop reserves the right to modify or update this cancellation policy at any time without prior notice.
- Any changes to the policy will be communicated through our website or other appropriate channels.
